TFT’s custom itinerary service is designed to provide an inclusive and personalized experience that meets your specific requirements. Once you have booked your flight and accommodation you are now ready to contact us. 

 

Here's how it works:

 

1. Please complete the contact form located on the "Contact" page with your name, email address, your questions (if any), and the date/duration of your trip. If you have immediate questions, send us a chat located at the bottom right of the page.

2. You will receive a questionnaire to the email provided requesting details to customize your vacation and the timeframe to return the information. The email will include the invoice for your request detailing the service and payment details, which must must be made prior to the service. 

3. Next, an itinerary will be created, incorporating your preferences for activities, restaurants, and day-by-day schedule.

4. Recommendations will be provided for places to see, places to eat, and more, drawing on expertise and research.

5. As a part of this process, two 30 minutes calls are provided. 

6. Two iterations on the itinerary are allowed, so if there's anything you don't like,  alternate options can be provided. However, please note that changing the destination is considered a new request.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive itinerary that suits your travel style and preferences. The complete custom itinerary is created based on what you want, whether it is relaxing, exploration, adventure, or sailing on luxury yachts. 

 

Turnaround times will be determined based on the duration of the trip and the timeframe the request was made. This is typically 3-4 days after the questionnaire and deposit have been completed.
